Terms & Conditions Harry and Her

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of harryandher.co.nz.  By placing an order through harryandher.co.nz,  you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms, in addition to the Site Terms. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms by harryandher.co.nz Site Terms, you may not use harryandher.co.nz.          

Pricing & Availability

All prices are given in New Zealand Dollars ($) and are shown inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate but exclusive of delivery costs.

We accept payment by all major credit cards (MasterCard, VISA)we also accept Afterpay, Genoapay, Humm and Laybuy payments. We use Shopify Payments for processing credit cards payments. The price of any product is the price in force, at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any product before you place an order. We will inform you if a products correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order.

Please note harryandher.co.nz has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable. Please see the shipping section for more information about delivery costs and delivery dates.

All items are subject to availability.

We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. We have three physical stores which share the limited stock. If an item in our physical stores is purchased and sold the same time an order for the item online is processed, then the online item will not be available. In this case we will inform you as soon as possible and do our best to fulfil the order, cancel the order or help in any other way we can.

Distribution and retail agreements mean that some brands or products can only be shipped to customers in New Zealand. This will be specified in the description of the product, or the purchaser will be notified via email. Brands or products may also have restrictions on online purchasing. 

We must receive payment of the whole price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Items will then be dispatched once payment has been received. For more information regarding delivery dates and times please refer to the shipping section below. Please note that Harryandher.co.nz  has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.

We reserve the right to exclude any items and/or remove all sale promotions at our discretion. Information and prices subject to change. No returns or exchanges on sale items.

Shipping & Returns

We use Courier Post/NZ Couriers/Post Haste with track and trace security.

Shipping within NZ is FREE when you spend over $150, Shipping to Australia is $50 and the rest of the world $60 - Please allow 2-3 working days for NZ and up to 7 working days in Australia and worldwide for delivery (Please be aware that delays may apply that are out of our control). Rural delivery may incur an extra charge which you will be notified about. Oversized items may incur an extra charge which you will be notified of. Shipping is calculated at checkout. If your order is placed after 2pm on a Friday, it will be sent as soon as possible on the following Monday.

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.

We are happy to exchange your item if you find the size is incorrect or we will issue you a Store Credit that is valid indefinitely. 

Items must be exchanged within 14 days. Returned items must be brand new & unworn with original tags attached, or boxes. Any returns will be less the original shipping cost.

If an item is faulty, we'll meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

All undergarments are final sale; no refund, exchange or store credit will be issued for undergarments.

Privacy & Accuracy

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Prices on site are current at time of display and subject to variation without notice. We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing, but are unable to warrant that the product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Harryandher.co.nz collects customer information so that we can process your orders as efficiently as possible. All your information is kept secure and we will not disclose or share this information to other parties under any circumstances.

We do not record credit card details.
